At PK Precision Machining, we understand that sometimes an off the shelf item won't always work for an applications. Whether you need a part with mismatching threads, tighter overall dimensions (i.e. length .512 +-.001), or something completely unique, we can machine that part to print every time. Need the part hardened to a certain Rockwell Hardness, plated, anodized, passivated, or patched? Not a problem, as we work with some of the best platers in the area. Need to order a large volume of parts but only need a certain amount per month? We can do a blanket order, providing that all items are to be delivered in 1 calender year from purchase order date. At the current time, we are not offering multiyear blanket purchase orders. Only need a small run of parts? No problem there either, as our minimum is 10 pieces and we will even welcome prototype work as well. All we need a print with all the specifications and we will provide a quick quote for you. To better expedite the quoting process, please let us know what type of lead time needed (Yesterday is a common answer!) and target price (Sorry can't do it for free!).
